Rates season 2025/2026

Rental fee: $7,800/month 
(excl. 11.5% taxes, min. rental period: 3 months)

• Decreasing rent with longer rental period:  
  $7,500/month when renting 4 months, 
  $7,200/month when renting 5 months, 
  $6,900/month when renting 6 months

• No security deposit, no cleaning fees, no broker fees. 

• NO pets allowed (unless official, certified emotional support pet)

• Does not come with a Bonita Bay Club Membership
